Each herb is selected for its traditional role in easing discomfort and encouraging relaxation:

• Rosemary Leaf – Stimulating and aromatic; traditionally used to support circulation and mental clarity

• White Willow Bark – Historically used for easing everyday aches and head tension

• Ginger Root – Warming and grounding; supports circulation and helps soothe tension

• Peppermint Leaf – Cooling and refreshing; commonly used to relieve head pressure and calm digestion

• Feverfew – Traditionally associated with head comfort and tension support

• Lavender Flower – Gently calming and aromatic; helps relax the senses and nervous system

• Passionflower – Supports relaxation and quiets an overactive mind

• Valerian Root – Deeply grounding; traditionally used to ease nervous tension and promote relaxation

Together, these botanicals create a balanced infusion that supports both body and mind—ideal for stressful days, screen fatigue, or moments when you need relief without heaviness.

• Boil fresh water to 212°F (100°C).

• Measure ½ to 1 tablespoon of herbs per cup of water, depending on desired strength.

• Place herbs into an infusion teapot, French press, stainless steel infusion ball, or reusable tea bag.

• Pour hot water over the herbs and cover.

• Steep for 7–10 minutes, allowing the herbs to fully release their oils and properties.

• Strain, sip slowly, and enjoy the calm.
