• Feverfew – Traditionally associated with head comfort and tension support

• Lavender Flower – Gently calming and aromatic; helps relax the senses and nervous system

• Boil fresh water to 212°F (100°C).

• Measure ½ to 1 tablespoon of herbs per cup of water, depending on desired strength.

• Place herbs into an infusion teapot, French press, stainless steel infusion ball, or reusable tea bag.

• Pour hot water over the herbs and cover.

• Steep for 7–10 minutes, allowing the herbs to fully release their oils and properties.

• Strain, sip slowly, and enjoy the calm.
